Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Nightingale-Conant Corporation stands behind every program we publish. If you are not satisfied with a digital audio program you purchased directly from www1.nightingale.com, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. No need to return the downloaded files — simply contact us.
1. What Is Covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- Digital audio programs (MP3 downloads and streaming audio) purchased directly from us through www1.nightingale.com;
- Related digital materials (workbooks, PDFs, bonus videos) sold as part of a covered program; and
- Bundled packages, where the refund applies to the bundle as a whole.
2. What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Purchases made through third parties — if you purchased a Nightingale-Conant program through Audible, Apple Books, Spotify, a retail partner, or any other third-party marketplace, you must request a refund from that retailer according to their policy. We are not able to refund purchases we did not receive payment for.
- Historical Magento orders — orders placed before April 2026 on our legacy e-commerce system were imported into our current store as read-only historical records only; they are not eligible for refund through this policy. If you believe you have a legitimate issue with a pre-2026 order, please contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.
- Requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase, except where required by applicable law.
- Abuse of the guarantee — repeated refund requests across multiple orders from the same customer, or patterns of purchase-and-refund that appear to be intended to obtain content without paying, may be denied at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
Submit your request through our contact form within 30 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your order number (visible in your order-confirmation email and in your account);
- The email address used for the purchase;
- The name of the program(s) you wish to refund; and
- A brief note telling us why — optional, but it helps us improve.
You do not need to return, delete, or "send back" any downloaded files to qualify, but by requesting a refund you agree to discontinue use of the content you have requested a refund for, and your license to that content will end when the refund is issued.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process them; some card issuers take longer. We do not issue cash refunds or store-credit refunds unless the original payment method is unavailable.
If you paid through Shop Pay, PayPal, or Venmo, the refund is issued through that same service. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card network are outside of our control and are not refunded by us.
5. Partial Refunds
If you purchased a bundle or multi-program package and wish to refund only one program within it, please contact us. We generally process bundle refunds on an all-or-nothing basis, but we will consider partial refunds in individual cases.
6. Order Cancellations
Because our products are delivered digitally and typically available immediately after checkout, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel an order before access is provisioned. If you placed an order in error, contact us through our contact form as soon as possible and we will help.
7. Problems With Your Download
If your download link is not working, if a file is corrupted, or if you are having trouble accessing content you have paid for, please contact us before requesting a refund. We can usually resolve delivery or access issues quickly by generating a new magic-link email, refreshing your download links, or providing a direct file — at no cost to you and without using any part of your 30-day window.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first so we can work with you to resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us may delay resolution and, at our discretion, result in suspension of your account and any existing download access while the dispute is investigated.
9. Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, the right-of-withdrawal rules under EU/UK consumer law, which may treat immediate delivery of digital content with your consent as a waiver of withdrawal rights). Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we make changes.
