Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: April 21, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), and under similar privacy laws in a number of other U.S. states, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
What "Sale" or "Sharing" Means
Nightingale-Conant Corporation does not sell your personal information for money. However, we use advertising cookies and pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools — so that we can measure the performance of our ads and reach people who may be interested in our programs. Under California's definition, that activity can be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands.
For full details about the information we collect and how it is shared, please see our Privacy Policy.
How to Opt Out
You have several ways to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
1. Cookie Preferences on This Site
Use the cookie-consent banner or preferences control (where available) to decline advertising and analytics cookies. Your choices apply to the browser you are using.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
3. Submit a Request
You can submit an opt-out request directly by sending us a message through our contact form. Please include:
- Your name;
- The email address associated with your account (if any);
- The state or country where you reside; and
- A statement that you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request, typically by confirming information you have already provided to us (such as a recent order number). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization.
Timing and Confirmation
We will act on valid opt-out requests as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within the time limits required by applicable law (for example, 15 business days under the CCPA for an opt-out request). We will confirm that we have received and processed your request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you our products or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your right to opt out.
