Robert G. Allen
Robert G. Allen is one of America's most celebrated financial authors and real estate investment authorities, best known for his groundbreaking book Nothing Down, which showed everyday people how to acquire real estate with little to no money down. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Allen began investing in real estate early in his career and built a multi-million dollar net worth within just a few years — a journey he would go on to share with millions of readers and seminar attendees across the country.
Throughout the 1980s, Allen's nationwide seminars drew graduates from all 50 states and Canada, earning him a reputation as one of the most influential investment advisors in American history. His work has been credited with creating thousands of millionaires, and he has been featured in major media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Money Magazine, "Good Morning America," and "Larry King Live." He founded the Enlightened Wealth Institute to carry forward his mission of helping people achieve financial independence.
Allen's bibliography spans real estate, wealth creation, and personal empowerment. In addition to Nothing Down, his most celebrated titles include Multiple Streams of Income, Cracking the Millionaire Code, and The One-Minute Millionaire (co-authored with Mark Victor Hansen). His Nightingale-Conant programs distill decades of investment wisdom into actionable strategies for building lasting wealth — whether through real estate, online business, or multiple income streams designed to survive any economic climate.
