As well as top ranked radio hosts like Mike Reagan, Bill Handel, and Phil Hendrie.In 1991 Roger wrote and produced the innovative video title, "Learn to Sing Like The Stars," which was nominated as the "Best Instructional Video of the Year," by Billboard Magazine and the American Film Institute.

In 1992 Roger created, "Pop Rock Warm-Ups," for Warner Bros. Music. This remains as the best-selling chorale vocal warm-up program in the school system in the United States.For over ten years, Roger has been part of the faculty at the prestigious UCLA - Extension Program for Entertainment Studies in Los Angeles.In 1994 he became the head of the voice department at the prestigious New York Musical Theatre Works Institute.In 1998 he became vice president of A&R at Extasy Records International, with headquarters in Los Angeles. The label is distributed by WEA (Warner Bros.) It is the Unites States division of a record company with an incredibly successful history in Japan and throughout Asia.In 1999 Roger wrote, "Set Your Voice Free." (Little Brown/ Time Warner). The critically acclaimed book and CD combination was instantly picked by the "Book Of The Month Club," and by the "Quality Paperbacks" organization. It remains as one of the best selling books on voice in the country.In addition to developing the most successful voice training program in the world, Roger is the President of Voiceplace Inc., an interactive media content company which specializes in the development, design, and fulfillment of vocal-related content covering both educational and entertainment properties.As part of the WB's hit TV show "POPSTARS", he helped create the group "Eden's Crush"...five girls that went from unknown to platinum selling stars in less than 10 weeks. Their first single went to number one on the Billboard music charts and sold over a million copies. The TV show broke 11 records for the WB that year, and was incredibly popular.Roger's first book, "SET YOUR VOICE FREE", (Little/Brown) released in October of 1999 still remains as one of the top selling books on voice in the country. The paperback is due in stores this August and is directed toward an older demographic interested in "speaking" as well as singing. We believe the publicity from this release will trigger necessary media attention for "I Love to Sing!"Roger is also working on a new DVD/video project with Razor & Tie, the company that's sold over two million copies of "Darren's Dance Grooves", the top 10 biggest selling DVD and video of the year. Roger's product will be a follow up to that very successful title, and be sold directly on TV with short form commercials featuring Roger and some of his biggest celebrities.Roger has worked with Nightingale- Conant to create and produce "VOCAL POWER-Speaking with Authority, Clarity, & Conviction", a seven CD audio program that will be marketed starting this April through large-scale direct mailing campaigns.
