Edward (Ned) Hallowell, M.D., is the founder of The Hallowell Center for Cognitive and Emotional Health, in Sudbury, Mass. He was a member of the faculty of the Harvard Medical School from 1983 to 2004. A graduate of Harvard College and the Tulane School of Medicine, Dr. Hallowell is one of the leading psychiatric experts in the country.
He's the co-author of the national bestsellers Driven to Distraction and Delivered from Distraction. He has also appeared on many national television and radio broadcasts, including 60 Minutes, The Jane Pauley Show, 20/20, The Today Show, Dateline, Oprah, Good Morning America, and The View. He is also often interviewed and quoted in publications such as US News and World Report, USA Weekend, Newsweek, the Los Angeles Times, and many other publications.
