Insiders Club APP Free Trial Promotion -Terms and Agreements: I understand that I have full access to use the Insiders App for an entire 30 days for $1. I also understand that my credit card will be billed $1 when I subscribe. After 30 days, my monthly subscription will automatically begin and my credit card will be charged monthly for the amount stated when I signed up for the Insiders App, I must cancel before the end of my 30-day trial if I do not wish my credit card to be charged.

I always reserve the right to cancel my membership at any time. To cancel my membership, I will simply contact an NC Customer Service Representative at (800) 550-2003, or I will send a cancellation request email to the Director of Memberships at insidersclub@nightingale.com. I understand I cannot cancel my membership retroactively.

Subscription:

As an Insiders App Subscription Member I agree to pay a recurring monthly fee by credit card, permitting NC to charge membership dues and any applicable tax, until the account is cancelled by email or by phone. Membership dues, including promotional pricing and limited time offers, are subject to change at a pre-specified time, or at Nightingale Conant's discretion. $1 trials will only be offered once to any individual or household. Some promotions and offers may only be available to new subscribers creating an Insiders App account for the first time.

My paid monthly membership fee includes the free Nightingale-Conant Insiders App and unlimited streaming access to all the audio programs available through the Insiders App.

I will be able to purchase CDs, DVDs or Digital Download programs at a special Membership discount of 75% off retail prices, plus applicable taxes and/or shipping and handling charges.

As a member, I understand there is a 30-day return policy on CD and DVD purchases. If I don't return a program within 30 days, I understand that I will be required to keep it without a refund.

Nightingale-Conant reserves the right to cancel New Insiders App at any time. In such case, I would have no further obligation to this agreement, financial or otherwise.

I understand that if my membership is cancelled (by myself or my Nightingale-Conant), I will no longer have access to the New Insiders App and to all the streaming audio available as a paid member.

Due to the tremendous savings provided by the Insiders Club, no other discount offers can be applied to this program unless authorized by Nightingale-Conant.

I understand that the programs purchased through the Insiders Club are for personal use only. These programs cannot be offered for resale or retail use of any kind.
