David is in an investment group that has purchased larger commercial properties as well. David’s clients have purchased millions of dollars of real estate that they would never have done on their own. Additionally David was with “Carleton Sheets, No Down Payment” as well as with Robert Kiyosaki’s Real Estate curriculum where he lived the philosophy.
